DEI Practices
In the Organization Profile Survey, respondents shared which DEI-related policies and practices their organization uses and what data they track. We weren’t able to measure effectiveness of these practices in this instrument alone, although by combining this data with the Staff Experience Survey data we start to see associations between practices and staff perceptions.
To see which DEI-related practices are used most frequently by the organizations in the study, select a DEI practice category from the menu of boxes above the chart. You can filter the chart data by type and size of the organizations, using the drop down menus at the top.
